The Lady in Red is a love song from Chris de Burgh’s 1986 album Into The Light. It went to #1 in 1987 in 25 countries and remains a staple song at weddings and other affairs. It was a favorite of Princess Diana who mistakenly thought the lyrics referred to her until Chris set her straight. Did you know: Chris DeBurgh’s daughter won the Miss World competition in 2003.
