Don Henley’s Boys of Summer is one of those great timeless 80′s songs and videos. From the former Eagles drummer’s Building the Perfect Beast album, the video features a man in three different stages of his life, contemplating. The song won video of the year at the 1985 MTV video awards. Did you know: the kid drummer in the video is Josh Paul of Suicidal Tendencies. The lyrics are just fantastic including my favorite: Out on the road today I saw a Deadhead sticker on a Cadillac.
