Martika starred as Gloria in the 1980′s show Kids Incorporated. The anti-drug addiction song Toy Soldiers hit #1 in 1989 and featured her former co-stars singing the background parts- a group that included Jennifer Love Hewitt. Here’s a live version from the 80′s. The song was sampled by Eminem. “Step by step heart to heart we all fall down”.
