Beat It was the third single from Michael Jackson’s Thriller album.  The song is notable for the guitar solo (ranked as the 67th best of all time) performed by Eddie Van Halen as well as the classic video shown here. The video actually features a mix of dancers and real gang members.  Michael Jackson won 2 Grammy Awards for Beat It.
