Rob and Fab were the look for Milli Vanilli but it turned out they were not the voice. Girl You Know It’s True was MV’s first big hit, going to #2 in 1989 for the dancing duo. It’s also the song that skipped during a concert in 1990 exposing their lip synching fraud and unraveling the whole group eventually leading to the suicide of Rob. Tragic.
