Survivor topped the charts for six weeks in 1982 with their get pumped up anthem Eye of the Tiger. The song was included in the Rocky III movie and soundtrack and was written at Sylvester Stallone’s request. Eye of the Tiger won both a Grammy and an Academy Award.

Here’s the video Pour Some Sugar on Me from Def Leppard’s Hysteria album. The arena rock anthem was their fourth single from the album. The video is taken from a live Def Leppard performance. In 2006, VH1 ranked the song #2 on its list of the “100 Greatest Songs of the ’80s”. The song is immensely popular to this day at weddings and strip clubs.
